Come Alive at CornCon 5
This may be your first event … ever! Or maybe your journey has been uneventful. Or perhaps you need a kick start to renew your desire. Whatever the case, June 12 is your opportunity to come alive and (re)awaken the cravings that brought you to the BDSM culture in the first place.
The classes (to be announced later) are all intended to provide knowledge to supplement your journey. Classes will cover both the physical and mental aspects of the lifestyle.
The day starts early with BDSM 101 for those wanting to review the basics.
There will be two classes followed by a free lunch.
Lunch? Free? Yes! You have the choice to stay in and continue to meet, greet, and eat. This meal is included in the registration fee, so technically it’s not free.
Two more classes following lunch.
Next we will divide into groups. You can choose the group that best fits the role with which you identify: dominants, tops, Masters or submissives, bottoms, slaves. Here is where the rubber meets the road. The conversations are open and safe. Questions can be asked of the more seasoned attendees with the opportunity to learn from the experience of others.
After all that learning you will want to take a break and eat dinner. There are a number of restaurants in the area. Grab a group and go. During that time members of ‘da crew’ will transform the learning space into a play space. What?! Yes, for the first time in CC herstory there is a dungeon. So pack your toy bags (supplemented by what you bought from the vendor) and enjoy.
Combine the learning with vendors, a personals board (to connect with others), HOP fundraiser table, silent auction (to fund future equipment), and the positive energy provided by all who enter and whew! That is what your day looks like on June 12.
